We welcome food vendors, exhibitors, non-profits, and small businesses to join us in making the Wahiawā Pineapple Festival a success. If you have any questions feel free to contact us at

Registration is for (1) 10’x10′ space. Each vendor must bring their own 10’x10′ tent, table and chairs. If you require electricity please inform us, but we will not be able to provide a source. You may bring your own generator with enough electrical cord to keep the generator out of the way of the public.

First come, first serve for booth placement.


SETUP You may start setup at 7 am. Vendors will receive parking information and any permits a week prior to the event.

BREAKDOWN DO NOT breakdown your booth until the end of the event at 3 pm. Food trucks please wait for the go ahead from parking officials to move out for the safety of visitors.

FEES (EARLY BIRD UNTIL 2/27/24) Add $50 per booth after the 27th.
$75 per non-profit information booth.
$100 per non-profit selling booth.
$150 per for-profit vendor booth, including selling of pre-packaged food items.
$225 per food tent (prepared at tent).
$250 per food truck.

All fees are non-refundable, including for cancellation of event due to weather. Please note that as a non-profit, we add a service fee if you pay online with a card, to cover transaction fees. Thank you for your understanding.

You must submit a Certificate of Insurance ($500k per occurance, $1 million aggregate) with Kaʻala Elementary and Wahiawā Fresh! under Additional Insured. If you are a food vendor also submit a State Department of Health certificate or Cottage Industry labeling.  Also, all vendors should have a GE License on them at the Festival, in the event that State Taxation representatives do a check that day.
